This shard contains the memory of Very Important People gathering together for an Important Talk about Important Political Things. You're one of them, but honestly, you're not feeling all that important.

You don't really understand what's going on. Your head spins just trying to keep up with the complicated conversation, and the one time you speak up, you're politely (but immediately) shut down. You spend most of the meeting either not talking, or making formal, neutral responses whenever anyone addresses you directly.

That's probably all anyone is expecting of you, anyway.
